AVÉ encompasses a unique 21st Century Australian voice by exploring stories and language from the oldest living culture alongside the sounds of contemporary Australian artists. The below composers have contributed to our growing library of new Australia Vocal works.

Commissioned Works

  • AVÉ is passionate about sharing the songs and stories of our country, and as a touring ensemble, have been fortunate enough to share in the language from the Country on which they’ve performed when touring. The below translations have been completed to translate Johann Sebastian Bach Church Cantatas BWV 115 Choral ‘Straf mich nicht in deinem Zorn’.
